All abstract must be submitted by December 30, 2019.
Abstracts should be submitted via the on-line submission system only; abstracts submitted by fax or email will NOT be accepted.
All abstracts submitted online will be reviewed by the Scientific Program Committee. Notification of acceptance will be sent by email.
All abstracts must be submitted and presented in clear English with accurate grammar and spelling of a quality suitable for publication.
The presenting author is required to ensure that all co-authors are aware of the content of the abstract.
To correct/change an abstract that has already been submitted, please use the log-in and password which you received when you submitted your original abstract. This will enable you to access the previously submitted abstract.
Modification of abstracts will not be possible later than the above deadline.
Abstracts must be received by the announced deadline. Abstracts received after the deadline will not be considered.
After your abstract submitted you will be sent an automatic e-mail confirming your successful submission. If you do not receive this confirmation e-mail, please contact the Conference Secretariat at: email@example.com.
Short Oral Presentation
Abstract title: Each word should begin with a capital letter with the exception of transition words.
Abstract body: The Abstract body should be no longer than 250 words in total, and should contain the following key points (not in separate sections - use one long paragraph to save space and BOLD the section headings noted below within the text):
Background: The problem under investigation or a hypothesis.
Methods: The experimental methods or protocols used to accomplish the research.
Results: The key points derived from experiments. Data should be summarized and presented to allow the reviewers to judge the content. Generalizations such as "will be discussed" or "will be presented" are not acceptable.
Conclusion: A summary of your findings that are supported by the data presented.
Do not include grant acknowledgements, or literature references.
Only accepted abstracts of fully registered and paid presenters will be included in the final scientific program.
